上周六去申请办理了房贷7折优惠，农行的条件是：无连续3次逾期还款不良记录。
整个过程还算简单，但办理的时候农行给了个附加条件：
1.必须申请农行的信用卡；
2.必须开通农行的网上银行（送K宝，但要求6个月之内网上消费6次，否则要收取K宝的成本费50元）；
3.12个月内不许提前还贷。
以上条款当然是我等良民无法拒绝的，但相比中行500元，建行300元的手续费，农行还算仁慈的：）
这样算下来每个月能少还几百元，水电费有人出了：）只是这种优惠能持续多久呢？
